IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER VALUE?
No, we don't have a minimum order value! No matter how large or small your order, we'll process it, pack it and ship it directly to you. Everything is processed in a timely manner to ensure you don't have to wait long for your order.
CAN ANYONE ORDER FROM YOUR SITE?
Anyone over the age of 18 is welcome to place an order with us! Whether you are buying artificial flowers and accessories for your own retail store, for wholesale or for your special day, all customers are welcome.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO BUY FROM YOU?
Nope! When you enter the checkout you'll just need to fill in your details which means you don't have to create an account before your purchase. If you're a trade or wholesale customer,register to create an account before your purchase to receive trade discounts and wholesale prices.
CAN I RETURN ANY UNWANTED ITEMS?
We accept returns on unwanted items excluding bespoke and custom orders. If your order is not what you expected, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Returns will not be accepted without prior agreement andMUSTbe dispatched within 7 days of notifying us of the intended return.
ARE YOUR FLOWERS REAL OR FAKE?
All of our flowers are artificial. The materials vary per bloom and are made from the highest quality materials. Please see individual listings for more details.
HOW DO I PAY?
To complete your order, you are able to pay through our secure online payment system. We accept a variety of payment methods including Amex, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Maestro and Paypal.

Yes! Anyone is welcome to purchase from us. All the prices shown on our site are available to the general public and subject to VAT.
HOW DO I STORE ARTIFICIAL FLOWERS AND BOUQUETS?
One of the many benefits of artificial flowers is that they can be ordered in advance. They should be stored in a dry area in the box they arrive in. Keep them out of the way of playful hands and pets as to not disturb your arrangement.
As with any fabric based product, keep them out of direct sunlight when storing them to avoid the colours fading or bleaching.
Artificial flowers can be kept for years and they will be as good as the day they arrived when stored correctly.
